Shipping policy
We offer Free Shipping.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: Order verification, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the fulfillment center for dispatch within 12 hours after the order is placed.
- Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our fulfillment center to the destination. The delivery usually takes about 3-7 business days.
Tracking
- You should receive an email within 2-3 business days that your order has been shipped. This email would consist of a order number which can be used to track the order.
- You could track the order on the site using the chat assistance with your order number.
